We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.

It normally takes 1-2 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.

If a shipping delay occurs, we inform customers of the issue within 24 hours.

*Supporting documents concerning the products (HS code, MSDS and etc.) can be provided upon request.

*For delivery to all the world, we commonly use EMS carrier.

Delivery Failure

If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. Viana Care is not responsible for errors in delivery where the delivery address provided by the customer is wrong or where the customer has made changes during its transit.

Packages Suspended in Customs

Please note it is the responsibility of the importer (Customer) to know the rules and regulations of a country. If a package is stopped in customs, we advise you to contact your local customs office and either try to have the package released or reject it and have it resent to us. Once we receive the returned package we will either resend the package or issue a refund for the products.

Payment

We only accept wire transfers, Western Union and MoneyGram payments. The following currencies are accepted: USD.

We unfortunately do not accept online credit card payments at this time.
